Life Update 2020
Hello hello! Welcome to Kalhiki's Status Update 2020 (is this an annual thing? No... It's not).
If you've been following me here for a while, I'm still alive. If you're a new follower... I'm alive, even if I don't post often.
First off: The girl in the picture is Kali. She's my mascot/poster girl. Treat her well.
Second of all: The main reason why I'm making this is to provide an update on where you can find me on the interwebs. If you like my art, I advise following me on on my various other social media profiles:

I'm not terribly active here anymore. I don't really want to clog it with all the sketches I make, so I mainly use it for larger, finished works.

HF:T - The Final Update
It's dead. I've hardly worked on it for months, I'm not finding it enjoyable to work on anymore, and most of my motivation to continue with the project is gone.
Sorry to those who were looking forward to it. But I figured I'd just flat-out cancel it and say it's not happening than make people suffer and wait for something that'll never come (Lord knows I've experienced that feeling before).
So, now what? Well, I feel bad for the people who submitted Heroes/Villains and never got to see them in the comic. So to make up for that, I think I'll just pick one submission per person from the people who didn't get their entries in the comic and draw their character. So that's free commissions, on me.
As for the story... I'm thinking on ways I can tell it and finish it. I feel bad for canning it, but I just don't have the motivation to churn out page-after-page of an incredibly long comic. So we'll see what happens.
I've been thinking about this for a long time, and it was a tough choice to make. Apologies again.
